    Our Compensation    
    Our compensation varies based on the services you choose for your customized solution. Our fees from the association and/or its members can be divided into several categories:  
   
  • Base Management Fee
 

This is the primary periodic fee paid to us by the association, generally a month in advance, for base services in their management agreement

 
         
   
  • Reimbursements
  These are generally the cost of doing business for the association (for example - office supplies, postage, copies, etc.)  
         
   
  • Additional Fees
  These are additional fees incurred as a result of an unexpected situation (for example - additional meetings, court attendance, etc.)  
         
   
  • Fees for additional services requested by the Board
    These are additional fees incurred as a result of asking for additional services (for example – website design, website maintenance, newsletter production, etc.)
