Nancy has 18 years of experience in management consulting, with specialties in Project Management, Change Management, Transition Management and System Implementation. She has worked in various management roles at numerous clients for a Top 5 Management Consulting firm, as well as had her own management consulting company. Nancy graduated from DePaul University with a Masters in Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems.

She passed CAI’s Community Association Management course (M-100) and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Nancy is responsible for overseeing all of our staff and functions as a portfolio manager for our properties.

She can identify with board members and knows their needs, as she served as a board member for the Concord Mills Condominium Association in Palatine, IL for nine years (eight as Board President).
