    Below are some of the homeowner services we provide:  
   
  • Talk to owners, listen to their questions and problems and find answers and solutions.
  • Emphasize open lines of communication between Management, the Board and owners by responding to all inquires quickly, courteously and accurately.
  • Log all requests (phone, mail or email) from owners in an integrated database to ensure accurate reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • Administer work orders.
  • Respond to requests received from owners in the same format the request was received in, as well as follow-up with written communications detailing the associated resolution.
  • Process unit sales and mortgage refinancing in accordance with Association policy.
  • Mail welcome information to new owners.
