You, the Board, have a fiduciary duty to spend the association’s funds wisely. In order to do so, you must evaluate what your association’s needs are. We will help you do just that. Prior to submitting our management services agreement to the Board of Directors, we will meet with the Board (free of charge) and facilitate a working session to customize a solution for your association. This not only ensures that you are getting a price only for the specific services that you need, but it’s a way for us to get to know your community and is the start of our long-term relationship.
