		We have made a significant investment in our Accounting and Residential Management system, which is the core of our financial management services. The software is a fully integrated financial and operations software that links every facet of association business, eliminating redundancies and speeding the flow of information between all parties. It is highly customizable and allows us to create custom reports that meet a board’s every need.
	Customer Service Database
		Each association has their own customer service database. We start with a standard database that we have created as a template to track customer service requests. Then, during our transition period, we will work with you to customize the database to ensure we are tracking the information your board needs.
	Property Information Database
		Each association has their own property information database. We start with a standard database that we have created as a template to track property information. Then, during our transition period, we will work with you to customize the database to ensure we have all the information we need to perform our management tasks without having to continually bother you for information. Our customer service representatives and our community managers know to check this database for information pertaining to your property.
